To reach the splendour of Mermaid Pool, its all about adventure, excitment and enjoyment of nature. Mermaid Pool is located in Matura and is well becoming a popular spot for island hikers. Do you know that it is also a nesting ground for the turtles??? Anyway, let's get on with the hiking, it's approximately one hour walk from the Mathura Outreach Centre and it begins with a wide forest bench before it descends into a narrow trail. It is quite easy and once you get there you are transported into adventure land. Doesn't it sound exciting and interesting people???
